Double the challenge and experience the ultimate open-water swim in the Serpentine lake in London's Hyde Park! Swim Serpentine offers a challenging 2-mile race on Saturday, September 20th. Envision yourself swimming two full laps of the iconic lake, pushing your limits, and achieving a remarkable feat of endurance.
The race features a staggered start, with swimmers setting off at regular intervals. The water temperature in the Serpentine lake can vary; however, in the summer, it can reach over 20°C (70°F). Wetsuits are optional when the water temperature is over 15 degrees. As a participant, you'll receive a ZONE3 swim cap and will have access to convenient facilities like bag drop and toilets.
As a participant, you'll also receive professional event photography to capture your achievement, and timed results to track your progress. Plus, you can even opt for a finisher's T-shirt and medal to commemorate your swim. And for an even greater sense of accomplishment, you can choose to plant a tree to support sustainability.
