1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Be able to swim at least 50m of continuous front crawl.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.

2. Memberships

Catch offers two membership tiers: Catch Free & Catch Gold. Membership details, including features, benefits, and pricing, are outlined on our website. We reserve the right to modify these offerings at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

Catch’s training plans, video courses, and other resources are designed to guide and support your swimming development. However, they are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

You agree to:

• Use the services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

5. Health & Safety

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are in good health and have no conditions that would make swimming unsafe for you.
• Will consult with a healthcare professional if you have any doubts about your ability to participate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, training plans, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Catch unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

For paid memberships, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Catch to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Cancellation policies are outlined on the membership page.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Refunds are issued at Catch’s discretion, as outlined in our refund policy.

9. Modifications to Services

Catch reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Catch is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our services.
• Issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.

11. Waiver of Liability

By using Catch’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Swimming, including open water swimming, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, hypothermia, physical injury, and adverse health effects.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with swimming and any activities recommended by Catch.
• You release Catch, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in swimming activities.
• You agree to use caution, ensure suitable swimming conditions, and not exceed your personal swimming abilities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
