Catch is swim coaching, but like you’ve never seen it.
Swimming can be tricky. Whether you're trying to find your front crawl flow, conquer open water, or take on races & adventures, it can be hard to know where to start.
That’s where Catch comes in. We combine personalised training plans, video courses & a vibrant community to help you swim faster, further & easier.
Catch is shaped around your goals, ability & lifestyle. Learn online, take your waterproof training cards to the pool, & connect with swimmers in the Catch Club. It’s personalised, flexible & designed to fit seamlessly into your life.
Catch isn’t just coaching — it’s the first end-to-end training tool & community for swimmers who want to reach their full potential.
Ready to dive in?
Well hey! I’m Rebecca, a Swim England Qualified Level 2 Swimming Instructor, based in Bristol. I’ve been swimming for as long as I can remember, competing nationally & internationally. Most recently, I took home gold at the World Championships for Age Group Aquathlon (zero judgement if you’re wondering what that is!).
When I’m not coaching or open water swimming, you’ll find me trail running, swim-running, dabbling in triathlons, or surfing.
At Catch, I lead the coaching & community. My job? To help you find your flow and unlock the joy of swimming. Swimming’s a highly technical sport, but I believe anyone can become a silky smooth swimmer with the right tools, plan & people around them.
Hi! I’m Will. I split my time between Bristol & the Alps, where I stay busy as a triathlete (70.3 is my jam), open water swimmer, runner, skier, surfer & kitesurfer.
At Catch, I handle the tech, operations & all things numbers. My job? Making sure our Courses & Club run like clockwork & give you the best possible experience.
With a decade of sports coaching under my belt, I’m all about helping people make the right changes to improve fast. At Catch, we combine data, tools & high-quality practice to help you swim smarter, not harder.
